	Asiatic Steam Navigation Company Limited increased its fleet to five in 1880 when *Peshwa, the company's first 2,000 tonner was launched. The Peshwa* was wrecked on the Pilot's Ridge when on passage from Calcutta to Rangoon on the 24th of June.
