Dewdale had been built as the Edenfield. She displaced 67,000 tons and was also powered by Babcock and Wilcox diesels. She had a speed of 15 knots, a complement of 51 and measured 774ft in length, 107ft in breadth and 41ft in draught.
 
At the time of the Silver Jubilee Review, Dewdale was the largest ship in both the Royal Navy and Royal Fleet Auxiliary
 
September 1977 withdrawn from RFA service and was returned to her owners’ subsidiary Field Tank Steamship Co Ltd and name reverted to Edenfield
 
May 1978 purchased by Donath Shipping Co, Piraeus and renamed World Field
 
24 June 1982 sailed Jeddah for Taiwanese breakers
