One funnel, two masts, twin screw and a speed of 15 knots. There was accommodation for 200-1st, 200-2nd and 800-3rd class passengers.
 
She started her maiden voyage from Liverpool to Boston on 30 June 1898. She commenced her last voyage on this service on 17 September 1903 and then went to the White Star Line who renamed her Romanic. She sailed from Liverpool to Boston on 19/11/1903 and then to Naples, Genoa and Glasgow. In January 1912 she went to the Allan Line was renamed Scandinavian and modified to carry 400-2nd and 800-3rd class passengers.
 
She was then laid up at Gareloch and in 1923 was scrapped in Germany.
