You probably know two of H&W’s strong men Samson and Goliath. Now meet the third - Frame Elector Desmond Latman. As can be seen Desmond is a man of rippling muscles, bulging biceps and tantalising torso. Desmond was voted “Mr Northern Ireland’ In the over 35 section of the National Amateur Body Building Association's contest on the 21st January 1978.
